While the Teen Titans tried to become more action-oriented in order to get a toy license, Cyborg suggested pressing the Action button on the computer in the living room of Titans Tower. Robin was surprised it was there. Cyborg pushed it and they were teleported to a Titans Satellite orbiting Earth. Raven couldn't believe they owned it. Cyborg mused they never had a use for it. Robin directed the others to a set of five mech suits. They powered up their mechs and Robin called up Toy Master with his mech's flip phone. Toy Master was surprised and excited by the mechs and was eager to agree to a toy license. He told them to keep up the action and he would sell their action figures. Cyborg suggested a celebration and offered to make waffles. The waffle-maker turned into a bestial form and chomped on Cyborg's mech's arm. Robin pointed out everything is built for action. They blasted at the waffle-maker. Cyborg finally bashed it away. Beast Boy thought it was cool. Raven agreed it was fun, in a high-stakes life or death sort of way.

They went to go watch television but it opened fire on them. The others put down suppression fire while Cyborg charged and pulled the power cord with a pincer. Beast Boy was not looking forward to risking their lives every time they turned on the TV. Robin told him they had to keep up their action hero personas in order to maintain their marketability as action figures. Cyborg and Starfire were still hungry. Robin had an idea. They departed for a diner based within an asteroid field. Raven was not eager to risk their lives again but Robin stated that was what being an action hero was all about. Robin checked a graph and announced their action figures were now more popular than the Justice League. Starfire flew threw several asteroids but one slammed on her mech's back. Raven broke a big asteroid up with a drill kick but her mech, too, was hit. Beast Boy pounced from asteroid to asteroid but his mech was hit, too. Cyborg punched through several then launched the mech's head that unleashed an eye laser. Upon reconnecting with the mech, it was hit by an asteroid. Robin fired a claw into an asteroid then swung it around and tossed it into a bigger one then his mech was hit. The asteroids began to collide into each other.

The Titans arrived at the diner only to learn it was closed. To add insult to injury, an asteroid landed on them. The Titans began to express misgivings about the toy license and wanted to go back to the way they were. Raven made a portal to get into Robin's cockpit to dial Toy Master's number. Toy Master refused to cancel the license and stated they were contractually obligated to remain action heroes and he controlled their likeness now. They vowed to take him down. Toy Master invited them to try but warned them their popularity has enabled him to build a slightly bigger toy factory armed with tons of automated weapons. They flew further into space and came upon Toy Master's location but only saw a moon. Robin pointed out the moon was the toy factory. They were outgunned. Robin got an idea to ask the Justice League for help. The Teen Titans parked their mechs outside the Hall of Justice and asked the Justice League for help.

Unable to recruit the Justice League, the Titans returned alone to Toy Master's Toy Factory and were overwhelmed. They tried to retreat but Toy Master grabbed their mechs with giant metal tentacles. To the Titans' relief, the League showed up and freed them. They ended up defeating Toy Master with their shenanigans then fled in their mechs before the factory blew up.
