The Titans Communicator is a device built by Robin and Cyborg. It primarily functions as a communicator between Teen Titans as either a radio, phone or video call but it is also programmed to intercept phone calls, radio transmissions, hack into any database, monitor vital signs, pinpoint the Titan Trackers Robin implanted in his team mates without their knowledge or consent, track others, displays the other party on video, remotely detonate explosives, monitor criminal activity in Jump City, cloak the T-Jet, calculate GPS, raise a loudhorn on the Tower's roof, and upload songs to the Internet even though you promised not to fiddle with it. Video calls can also be transmitted to the TV screen in the Titans Tower's common room. While stranded on a deserted island, Robin used his communicator to summon an alien hunter for the final survival challenge.
