The Titans Communicator is a device built by Robin and Cyborg. H.I.V.E. and Titan Teens use a similar device. It primarily functions as a communicator between Teen Titans as either a radio, phone or video call but it is also programmed to intercept phone calls, radio transmissions, hack into any database, monitor vital signs, pinpoint the Titan Trackers Robin implanted in his team mates without their knowledge or consent, track others, displays the other party on video, remotely detonate explosives, monitor criminal activity in Jump City, cloak the T-Jet, calculate GPS, raise a loudhorn on the Tower's roof, upload songs to the Internet even though you promised not to fiddle with it, view camera feeds in the Tower, and track mail. Video calls can also be transmitted to the TV screen in the Titans Tower's common room. The communicator can be laid on the living room console and project what is on screen. While stranded on a deserted island, Robin used his communicator to summon an alien hunter for the final survival challenge. Starfire crushed her communicator after Gizmo invited her to try and get back the ice cream scooper she stole from him. Beast Boy used his to take a photograph of Robin doing the Booty Scooty and printed it. Robin used it to bid on Raven in online when she was turned into a collectible.

Robin used his Titans Communicator's timer to remind him when the series premiere of ThunderCats Roar aired on TV. Shocked by the reboot, he used the Communicator to confirm it was the right show. Beast Boy used a Titans Communicator to take incriminating photos of Santa Claus assigning children to the naughty list without sufficient evidence. Robin got a live feed of Jump City Bank being robbed on his communicator during an impromptu Casual Tuesday. Robin used his to show Freakazoid it was the year 2020. After he refused to help them because the executive producer on his show, Steven Spielberg, was picky about crossovers, Robin used his communicator and texted Spielberg. Spielberg texted back with a thumbs up and the crossover continued. Cyborg crushed Beast Boy's communicator amid preparations for Jinx's surprise birthday party so Robin wouldn't find out and ruin the surprise.

Beast Boy used his communicator to track the risky TTGO stock he invested in after Raven checked his horoscope and determined he would get big returns. Cyborg was skeptical of the horoscope and noted the risk. Beast Boy checked on the junk bonds and tried his luck. A wave of cash shot out of the communicator and buried Beast Boy. While explaining the Always Be Crimefighting contest, Robin got annoyed with Beast Boy and threw his Communicator out of the tower. Cyborg used his Communicator to track the three magical pieces of the WB Shield during the 100th anniversary of the studio.
