The Titan Robot is an invention of Cyborg, a multiple weapon nuclear powered robot. It was designed to be used on special occasions, world threatening danger. Cyborg pilots the head, Starfire the right leg, Raven the right arm, Beast Boy the left arm, and Robin the left leg. When all five activate their parts on the computer console, they are transported by pneumatic tube to the Titan Robot then launched from the waters surrounding the Titans Tower. The robot is armed with a variety of cannons and blasters but has several weaknesses. When Robin overused the left leg, the robot suffered a gyroscopic system failure and fell over. Determined to be the best, Robin secretly modified the left leg and equipped it with blasters and a sword. The Titan Robot was used once more when Gizmo and his robot army threatened to take over Jump City. Robin used his upgrades and overloaded the robot. Gizmo blasted the Titan Robot but Robin detached and knocked him out with just the left leg.
The Titan Robot was used once more against the Twin Destroyers of Azarath. The Destroyers were quickly worn down with a flying fist to the face, a right arm-left arm sonic combo, and a blazing leg saber attack. However, Starfire didn't finish them off with the hurricane kick. She stroked one of its chins and empowered them. The Destroyers tossed the Titan Robot, stomped on it repeatedly, and mashed most of it into a ball. The right leg was luckily severed and Starfire exited unscathed then weakened the Destroyers back to their original forms. Cyborg tried to back up the Titan Robot into a tight parking pace. He broke a window off the car next to it then slightly bumped the Batmobile across. It was enough to make Batman's cereal splash in his face and set off the car alarm. Tired of the Easter Bunny and ignoring Raven's warning about messing with the holiday, the Titans activated the Titan Robot and landed it outside the Titans Tower. Despite their objections, the Easter Bunny laid a giant egg comparable to the size of the Titan Robot.
Cyborg gagged and the Titan Robot vomitted oil and bolts. Cyborg had enough and used the left leg power stomp. The Easter Bunny and egg were launched into the air. Cyborg then called for the left arm rocket launch. The left fist fired, hit the Easter Bunny point blank, and sailed far away from the city. However, after the Titans tried to make their own eggs, baby Easter Bunnies hatched from them. The Titans tried to call in the Titan Robot. Cyborg did the power stomp but the babies all landed atop it and pierced the cockpit. Cyborg called on them all to eject on account of ugly baby overload. The Titans were ejected out of the robot's mouth then it self-destructed. For some reason, Titan Robot was up for Best Hero With A Human Brain In a Robot Body but lost to Robotman. Cyborg upgraded the Titan Robot with a whale launcher. Everyone but Robin thought it was impressive. Robin didn't see the point but Cyborg countered you never know. The test run was cut short when Robin was injured during transport to his cockpit. It was soon utilized against Dr. Light's Giant Squid.
The Titan Robot danced in front of a bridge, causing a traffic snarl. Gizmo, Brother Blood, The Brain, and Dr. Light happened to get caught in that snarl on their way to Joker's Gelato. Several vehicles were tossed up by the dancing and landed in the bay below. Some time later, the Titan Robot danced on top of the Joker's Gelato and reduced it to rubble just as the villains agreed to give up their hatred for the Titans and instead, meet at Joker's Gelato once a week to discuss their problems like mature adults. The four villains were consumed with rage and charged after the robot. While trying to open his can of beans, Sticky Joe landed on the Titans Tower living room console and was accidentally sent into the Titan Robot and launched into the city. He ripped the roof off an apartment building and tried to communicate with Black Manta who was in his bath tub. He shrieked. The robot backed up and stepped on a parked car. He peeled it off and put it back in its parking space and apologized. He stood and accidentally took out three helicopters above him. He lost balance and the robot hit several buildings including Justice Java.
A military officer mistook it as a rampage and hit the alert button. Several tanks were deployed. The General realized the robot wanted to communicate. Joe motioned using a water tower like a can opener but the General thought he wanted to grind humans up into pieces. He ordered everyone to open fire. The Titan Robot was blown up and Joe was launched into the air with his can.
