Mystery Inc. drove to the Warner Bros. lot in the Mystery Machine during the studio's 100th anniversary. They were allowed in by the Teen Titans despite Charlie the Funland Robot, the Witch Doctor, and the Creeper hanging off the back. After Michigan J. Frog destroyed the magical WB Shield, the source of the studio's creative energy, the property was reduced to a wasteland. The Teen Titans, Daffy Duck, Yogi Bear, Gizmo, and Brain Gremlin hiked across an endless desert in search of the first piece of the shield. Halfway through, Daffy declared he was dead and collapsed, inadvertently revealing the Mystery Machine. Cyborg instantly fixed it up with his nanobots and they took off for the Harry Potter castle. They tracked the second piece to an ocean. Cyborg swapped the tires into a raft and the steering wheel into a a helm. The last piece was tracked to Blockbuster Island but the Mystery Machine ran out of gas. They walked the rest of the way but were captured.
