Operation Baby Food is a plot hatched by the Baby-lonians to fire a giant laser rattle on the whole planet and turn the entire world's food supply into baby food that would turn anyone into infants forever upon ingestion. The Titans fought back despite all but Robin being turned into infants. Robin crushed the remote used for the rattle and the rattle itself blew up but everyone on Earth were still stuck as infants.
