Birdy Cide is a chemical compound devised by Robin in the Titans Tower lab to get rid of a pair of Mockingbirds living in the chimney. Robin then gassed the birds into submission. However, the Birdy Cide had mutative properties and evolved them into super powered beings. A second dosage of the gas caused them to evolve into superior beings, the future bird, characterized with their giant brains.
