The Opposite Gender Titans are doubles of the Teen Titans; girl versions of Beast Boy, Cyborg, and Robin and boy versions of Starfire and Raven. After Beast Girl met the Teen Titans, they were kidnapped by Madame Rouge. The Opposite Gender Titans stormed Rouge's hideout in Jump City and blew a hole in a wall. Rouge refused to release the Titans and didn't believe they would stop her either. The opposite Robin dodged Rouge's claws, grabbed a piece of debris and tossed it at her head then did several flips and punched her in the gut. Opposite Raven encanted and slammed Rouge around. Opposite Starfire blasted her with Starbolts. Opposite Cyborg fired her arm cannon and fried Rouge. Beast Girl turned into a Tyrannosaurus Rex and whacked Rouge out of the building with her tail. The Titans thanked them. After Starfire purred to her double, Robin thanked them all and shoved him through the hole. Beast Boy and Beast Girl reaffirmed they were glad to have met each other but freaked out he could be Rouge. The Ravens called them weirdos.

During one of Plasmus's rampages in Jump City, the Teen Titans discovered their "Go!" catchphrase was trademarked by the Titan Teens. At first, Cyborg thought they came to help fight Plasmus. Cy clarified they came to stop the Titans. Starfire was confused. Stanfire added they came to stop the Titans from using "Go!" Rave handed Raven a cease & desist letter. Beast Boy was confused. Beast Girl repeated it was their trademark now. Other Robin stepped up to explain. Robin butted in and explained a trademark is a word, phrase, or symbol used to identify the products or services of a business. Beast Boy pointed out they used the word so it should belong to them. Beast Girl revealed they filed some fancy paperworks and made it official. Other Robin concluded the Titans had to stop using "Go!" Robin fired his grapnel gun to grab the trademark paperwork and shredded it. He mocked them and kept saying "go" ten times in a row. Other Robin warned using their trademark would result in damages. Robin was struck by a lightning bolt ten times. Other Robin suggested they find a new catchphrase. She proclaimed "Titan Teens, go!" and the Teens walked away.

Robin got an idea to head to the United States Patent & Trademark Office to deal with the Go! trademark situation once and for all. They were surprised to see the Titan Teens were there, too. Cy revealed they received a "cease and desist" letter and realized their trademark for Go! expired. Cy was struck by lightning for saying the word. Other Robin was also struck for saying "go figure." Cyborg wondered who the trademark now belonged to. The Patent & Trademark Office device told them it was registered under a "T-T." Robin assumed the trademark reverted back to the Teen Titans and he said "Go!" only to be struck by lightning, too. The device told them the trademark holder was Trademark Troll. Robin and Other Robin briefed their teams on what a Trademark Troll was. Starfire inquired where to find the troll. Stanfire produced his communicator and explained they just had to locate the river nearest their present location and head under the bridge.

They found the troll under a concrete bridge. The two teams confronted the troll but he had to take a call. It was from Batman. Somehow, the troll registered a trademark on "bat." The troll refused to back down and demanded payment and hung up. Robin inquired about the "g" word. The troll proposed a license agreement. The teams had to pay them $80 million or they would be sued. Robin had another idea. The troll moved his desk aside and implored them to try. The Robins were unable to rally their comrades from the watercooler without using the word "Go!" The troll grabbed the Robins, slammed them into the concrete, punched them repeatedly with his fist and butt then took their staffs and broke them into pieces. Robin realized there was a loophole, he didn't own the letters. Robin sounded "G" while Other Robin sounded "O!" Cyborg and Cy fired missiles at the troll and Starfire and Stanfire blasted him with starbolts. Rave levitated all of the troll's belongings into the air and Raven smashed them with a mace construct.

The Robins jumped on his shoulders and punched him while Beast Boy and Beast Girl attacked him as bats. Robin declared they were bringing his operation to an end. The troll laughed and sent Go! Itself after them. The two teams made an emotional plea and told Go! It was an essential element of their ream. Robin pointed out "G" and "O" were the seventh and fifteenth letters of the alphabet and they added up to 22, the atomic number of Titanium. The teams sang their Teen Titans Go! song and the trademark exploded. Go! returned to them and unleashed a crippling laser beam that finished the Trademark Troll off. He groaned and fell on his face. Robin and Other Robin agreed to share "Go!" between their two teams. Robin was eager to get back to the work that was on the backburner. However, he was abandoned by his team who went to get ice cream with the Teens.
