Swamp Thing was a spectator at the Super Hero Summer Camp's canoe race. Before the start of the race, he gave the competitors a thumb's up. Swamp Thing attended the Doom Patrol's clambake in Codsville one summer. The initial clambake lacked a permit and police shut it down. An officer slapped Swamp Thing's plate into Animal Man's face. Detective Chimp and Swamp Thing teamed up and formed a crew for Justice League's Next Top Talent Idol Star: Dance Crew Edition. After Robin got the coveted platinum buzzer, he rubbed it in everyone's faces and even reduced Chimp to tears. Chimp and Swamp Thing could not advance to the finals and were eliminated after their routine inspired by the movie "My Dinner with Andre." Backstage, they were one of the crews than quickly ran away after hearing Robin's offer to form a new crew with him. Swamp Thing accepted a free invitation to a Space House and was unknowingly collected by Brainiac until the Skull Ship was destroyed.

Swamp Thing attended the Wayne Manor Regency Ball, went to Wonder Woman's 80th anniversary party, and was a spectator at the Codsville Thanksgiving Parade. Detective Chimp and Swamp Thing were camping at the Codsville National Forest Camping Ground when the Doom Patrol van suddenly drove over their campfire. Swamp Thing attended the 100th Anniversary party at Warner Bros. Studios. Swamp Thing went to the DC Halloween Festival but ran away when Starfire shot pumpkins out of Haunted Tank.
