Dan Dreiberg was inspired by the original Nite Owl to become a superhero in his own right. Using a vast inheritance, Dreiberg constructed an arsenal and airship he nicknamed "Archie" after the character Archimedes in "The Sword in the Stone." A bit of a romantic, he adored being a superhero but tended to overthink things. Dreiberg met the first Nite Owl Hollis Mason and received his blessing to take up the mantle of Nite Owl. Nite Owl was present in Jump City when Robin and Cyborg sang their "Real Boy Adventure" song.
