While in search of the lost city of Tamaran, Starfire's crew found a flooded chamber. Folding Paper Man folded himself into a working submarine and the crew descended. They discovered the room was flooded because a giant fuzzy purple one-eyed monster was slumbering on top of the drain in the chamber. It awoke and grabbed Folding Paper Man with its tentacles. Freaky Face was fired as a torpedo and knocked out the monster. The attack also dislodged it from the drain.
