In search of super powers, Robin attempted to cause a controlled lab accident and splice his DNA with a pet robin's even though the robin inquired what kind of powers Robin stood to gain. The accident also spliced human DNA into the robin and created Super Robin, a serious bird-version of Robin. It later stole Starfire's meat loaf. At some point later, Super Robin was sighted near the Jump City Community Center where it stole an ice cream cone from a girl. Super Robin returned to the Titans Tower for a bird party thrown by two mutated Mockingbirds. Super tried to flirt with Raven but was rejected. Super Robin fought against Pain Bot in a battle royale but was defeated with a laser blast.
After eight months of partying in celebration of Birdarang and Beatbox's birthday, Super Robin noticed the distress beacon and realized the Teen Titans were being held captive. A suicide mission soon followed to rescue the Titans. Super Robin fought Monsieur Mallah one-on-one but was punched out and captured with the rest of the team. They fought together and defeated both Mallah. The Brain was soon defeated and the Titans were freed. In a possible future, when Robin was extremely old, Super Robin was shown to have not aged at all and took the bag of seeds Robin had. Super Robin later defeated Brother Blood, destroyed the Hurt Bot and saved the Teen Titans and Team Robin by himself, earning him the title of "Best Robin." He competed in the Justice League's Next Top Talent Idol Star.
