Streaky is a pet cat from Krypton and has the same powers as Superman, Supergirl, and Krypto. While trying to recover his can of beans in the Hall of Justice, Sticky Joe had to use the Lasso of Truth to stop him. However, he noticed Streaky. Streaky hissed and ran. Krypto gave chase with Joe pulled along. Joe crashed into the Phantom Zone Projector display and was zapped into the Phantom Zone with his can.
