The Ratings Monster is a giant TV with eyes, arms and legs. It was tasked by Control Freak to make sure the de-aged Teen Titans remained stuck in the "Toddler Titans Yay!" preschool show. They had to defeat it if they were to return home but couldn't use any violence. The children at home told the Titans to use the stick. Robin picked up the stick and threw it in vain. It bounced off the monster's TV screen without causing any damage. It continued roaring at them. Robin knew they had to use moderate violence but Starfire reminded him that was inappropriate for the show. Robin thought of a loop hole and asked the children to cover their eyes. The Titans attacked the monster. Robin got out a chainsaw and Starfire got out a ray gun. Somehow, the monster lost its right arm and Beast Boy dragged it away. Raven fire an energy beam at the monster. The children peeked a little. Robin told them to close their eyes. The Titans defeated the monster. As it lay on its back, the Titans stood on top of its screen. Robin stomped it until the TV rating reverted back to their current one, TV Teen. There were teleported back home but the children tagged along, too.
