Mr. Puddles is Black Manta's pet cat. Starfire found him in a cardboard box while she and the other Teen Titans entered his submarine in search of Manta. Manta shrunk the Titans and dumped them into his aquarium tank. He was annoyed to see they let his cat out. Puddles ran past the port holes. Manta tried to call to him to get back inside. He eventually returned and pawed at the Titans in the tank. Aquaman revealed he had a paralyzing cat phobia and fled into his palace. The Titans were saved when Robin returned to the submarine with an orca. Later that day, Starfire asked what happened to Aquaman. Mr. Puddles gagged and coughed out Aquaman's trident. They all laughed at the implication. Mr. Puddles temporarily lived in the Titans Tower during pool season.
