Light Breeze is second cousin to Aquaman's mighty steed, Storm. She along with Aquaman were shrunk by Black Manta and placed in the aquarium tank inside his submarine. Light Breeze detected the arrival of the Teen Titans and swam to the surface. They mistook her for a shark at first. Raven deduced she was trying to communicate with them. Light Breeze nodded in agreement. Beast Boy shapeshifted into a seahorse and talked to her in seahorse. Beast Boy informed the others she could help us them but first they had to follow her underwater. Raven pointed out they could not breathe under there. She blew four bubbles out of her mouth and they put them on like helmets. They dove and swam towards a a palace. Inside, Light Breeze made a royal trumpet sound and Aquaman revealed his presence. Light Breeze told Beast Boy she wanted him to carry her babies. Aquaman pulled her aside, pushed Beast Boy away, and warned her to stay away from the strange seahorse because they didn't know where he'd been.
Black Manta got annoyed with his prisoners and tapped the tank. A simulated earthquake took place. Robin, stuck in a fish form, struggled to lift up a clamsheel for cover and it fell on him. Light Breeze lifted it, balanced it on its head, and the others huddled under until things resettled. Just as they were about to set out for the filter, Beast Boy announced he was pregnant. After Robin died trying to sabotage the filter, Beast Boy got emotinal. Light consoled him. Robin was fine and returned with an orca and defeated Manta. Everyone except Aquaman, who abandoned them, were restored to normal. As they laughed at the implication of Aquaman having been eaten by Manta's cat Mr. Puddles, Beast Boy's water broke in the marina. During a splash competition, Aquaman summoned Light Breeze for one of his attempts. They performed a synchronized dive. They got a score of a 6, splash, 6, and 7.
