The Killer Kicks are three bestial sneakers inside the Jump City Kicks Warehouse. Their laces act as spider legs and socks as tongues. The Teen Titans encountered them in the warehouse's Dark Maze of the Sole and gave chase. They hit a dead end but jumped over the kicks and went another way. The kicks lunged but missed and hit a wall. They gradually gained ground on them. Luckily, Cyborg had on a pair of sneakers with wheels. He activated them then a jet thrust propelled him forward at great speed. He grabbed the other Titans and bypassed the Bridge of Lace. On Robin's orders, Beast Boy quickly pulled a lace. The bridge collapsed and the Killer Kicks fell into an abyss.
