Gleek is a blue alien monkey who works with the Pit Crew Titans is one of Marv Wolfman and George Perez's discarded ideas for a new Teen Titans comic in 1980. During a pit stop, Beast Boy took their team driver away and put Gleek in the Formula One car. Cyborg strapped a big rocket booster on the car and it took off, exploding soon after.
