Chemo is a giant monster composed of volatile chemicals. One morning, he rampaged through Jump City. Robin was concerned he was going to cripple the Jump City Power Plant and causes a massive explosion that could wipe out half of Jump City. Robin was unable to get the Teen Titans off Titan Island in time and Chemo destroyed the power planet, taking out half the city.
