Harvey Dent was once Gotham City's District Attorney until acid was thrown in his face. Half scarred, half normal - Dent's psyche fractured and the evil Two-Face emerged. Claiming a stake in Gotham's underworld, Two-Face became an enemy of Batman. Two-Face was one of the new villains drawn into Control Freak's conflict with the Teen Titans during a staged Island Adventure stunt. Beast Boy used gritty acting and talked like Batman. Intimidated, Penguin jumped into Catwoman's arms and they ran away but tripped on Joker's arm and knocked themselves out on a light pole. One day, Two-Face played his harmonica in the Arkham Asylum outdoor recreation yard. Beast Boy, Cyborg, Raven, and Starfire freed several villains because they believed they were helping Robin earn his last Bat Scouts badge and satisfying their interest in fighting Batman's enemies. Two-Face walked around menacingly with his bat. Starfire offered a friendship bracelet to Two-Face, then called psyche and slapped him. Raven opened a portal and sent them all back to Arkham Asylum.

During an Easter egg hunt to solve Robin's unfinished one, many villains were carelessly released so the Titans could search the Arkham Asylum cell for clues. Two-Face was one let out. Two-Face attended the Wayne Manor Regency Ball. Starfire got out of control with matchmaking and connected Two-Face with the giant General Zod coin from the Batcave. It fell on Two-Face. During Christmas, Two-Face was at the Jump City Prison when the Titans broke Santa Claus out. Two-Face attended the 100th anniversary party at the Warner Bros. Studios.
