Three Toads were the previous owners of the Titans Tower and lived a happy and peaceful life. The living room was flooded and soon resembled a swamp. They tried for eight years to oust the Titans like sabotaging the TV, sawing the floor around the couch, and cutting the elevator line. One day, the Toads tied up Robin and left him in the bush outside the front door of the Tower then they assembled a janky looking Robin robot and somehow tricked the other Titans they were moving out. They overheard a noise in the bush so Starfire blew it up with her eye lasers and found Robin. The Titans returned to the living room. Robin was appalled they fell for the robot. Starfire demanded the real culprit to reveal himself. The Toads hopped out of the robot's mid-section. Croak, the leader, explained they lived in the tower for before them and were trying for eight years to get rid of them. Robin picked up Croak and presented the Titans' deed. Croak ate it then sang a song about them leaving. The Titans heard enough and took up their battle stances.
Croak pretended to have a weak heart and tricked the Titans into leaving again. The Toads celebrated. The Titans returned but the Toads were busy watching a toad puppet show. After some in-joke, they laughed. The Titans waited then demanded they leave. Croak took out a Magic Toad Stone and invoked it to release its noxious toxin on the Titans. A green gas flooded the room but the effects weren't noticed at first. Robin spoke figuratively about taking out the trash but the other Titans took him literally and went to get the trash. Starfire decried him for weak workplace communication. He yelled at them. Cyborg cowered. Beast Boy called it an abuse of power. Robin apologized and realized it was the stone. Raven found it convenient and stated no one took responsibility. Beast Boy claimed he was by taking out the trash and threw a bag on her. Robin exclaimed at them to forget about the trash. Beast Boy felt undervalued. Cyborg agreed since he spent so much time separating out the recyclable items. Starfire took offense and revealed she did the separating. Raven declared morale was low. They all quit and left the Tower. They realized they were tricked again.
Starfire had enough and declared war. Robin shot his grapnel gun up into the tower and reeled the toads down to them. Robin stated the tower was theirs. The Toads expanded their bodies to loosen the line and Croak stated it was Toad Tower. However, even more previous owners showed up to reclaim the tower. During the free-for-all fight, the Toads hid in a bush and waited for them to pick each other off. After the Tyrannosaurus Rex DJ fell on the Titans, the Toads leaped atop the dinosaur and declared themselves the winner. The Tyrannosaurus slipped off the tower, prompting the Toads to hop off onto the roof. As it dropped into the bay, it took a piece of the island revealing the tower was a "J" rather than a "T". The Titans and Toads were shocked then Jaleel White arrived and revealed he was the owner. He planted a flag reading "Jaleel Tower" but that weakened the tower further. The side with the Titans and Toads standing on fell down onto the lower hook of the J.
