Punk Rocket is an English supervillain who terrorizes Jump City with his message of anti-establishment accompanied by massive bursts of sound from his guitar. The Teen Titans opposed him in Jump City. During the standoff, Robin's mask was knocked off. The other Titans and Punk Rocket stood there as Robin went into a panic. After he flew away on the T-Jet, Raven punched Punk out. Punk Rocket lived in a rent controlled apartment that the Teen Titans later bought. Robin had to be a good landlord and tend to Punk's roach problem. He attempted to squash them with his staff, but the roaches swarmed and covered Robin head to toe. Robin later chased Punk out with Batarangs in a scheme to adjust rent to market value.
