Obsessed with protecting plant life, Pamela Isley's biochemistry was altered so she could control all flora and fauna. As Poison Ivy, she often clashed with Batman. Ivy was one of the new villains drawn into Control Freak's conflict with the Teen Titans during a staged Island Adventure stunt. An opulent fireworks display set off by Cyborg caught the attention of Catwoman, Penguin, Joker, Poison Ivy, and Riddler. They raided the manor and looted everything. Ivy took the piece of expensive artwork used as a dart board. The Titans were no match for them. Ivy held out a venus fly trap that ate Beast Boy, who was in bee form. Alfred Pennyworth returned to the manor and made short work of the villains. He sprayed water in her face, wiped her face, then kicked her. One day, Poison Ivy and Catwoman played chess outside in Arkham Asylum's recreation yard. Beast Boy, Raven, Cyborg, and Starfire staged a jailbreak because they believed they were helping Robin earn his last Bat Scouts badge and satisfying their interest in fighting Batman's enemies. Raven later teleported all the villains back to Arkham.
During an Easter egg hunt to solve Robin's unfinished one, many villains were carelessly released so the Titans could search the Arkham Asylum cell for clues. Ivy was one let out. Beast Boy searched her cell. He took a plant out of the pot but it screamed and slapped him. Poison Ivy attended the Wayne Manor Regency Ball. Starfire went out of control with her matchmaking and paired Ivy with Swamp Thing, literally chucking her into him. She bounced off and fell on the floor.
Harley Quinn, Poison Ivy, and Catwoman plotted to rob a bank in Jump City but they needed extra muscle. They came up with an elaborate ruse to recruit Starfire and Raven for a roller derby match to gain their trust. They approached them at the Jump City Rollerway. Ivy claimed they were just admiring their skating. Harley understood they didn't trust them because they were the bad guys but implored them to hear them out. Ivy told them they were looking for two new recruits for their roller derby team. Starfire and Raven didn't know what roller derby was. Ivy asked them if they liked skating. Harley asked them if they liked punching people in the face. Raven quipped who doesn't. Harley asked they let them show them what roller derby was all about. They agreed and headed outside. Harley kicked the door open, and her pet hyena Lou pulled up in a convertible. Harley told them Lou was their team manager. At the derby, Starfire and Raven agreed to join their team, the Gotham City Sirens.
The Sirens faced off against the Brainy Brawlers and didn't start on a good note. Ivy groaned her branches broke. Lou inspired them to pull out the big guns. Ivy wrapped vines around the skates of a Brawler and sent her skidding. With 30 seconds to go, the score was 112 to 108. The Brawlers skated ahead and used their telekinesis to form a literal wall they called the Brawler Wall. Harley believed the only way to get Starfire past was to do the dangerous Roller Vault. Ivy became concerned. Harley boasted her name was "Dangerous" but Ivy took out her old Arkham Asylum I.D. and pointed out it was really "Frances." They performed the Roller Vault, hopping on each others shoulders. Ivy produced a long branch. Harley, seated at the top, took it and used it to pole vault everyone at the Brawler Wall. Starfire blasted the two Brawlers at the top and sailed over them to the finish to score the winning five points.
They then tricked Starfire and Raven into thinking Lou was kidnapped by the Brawlers and went to rescue him but actually pulled off a bank heist. Ivy took a duffel bag worth of cash. Starfire and Raven chased after them. Ivy conjured vines out of the streets and skated down them towards the girls. Raven simply opened a portal in front of Ivy. Another portal opened up and Ivy skated right into a thick tree and was knocked out. The villains were tied up. Harley claimed they were going to eventually break out and asked Starfire and Raven if they wanted to get the team back together then. Starfire and Raven agreed to. Ivy was in Jump City Prison when the Titans broke Santa Claus out of jail. Poison Ivy attended the 100th anniversary party at the Warner Bros. Studios.
