Baby Mouth is the current king of Baby-lon. Since Baby Mouth only spoke in baby gibberish, a translator named Baby Ear was strapped to him. Upon the Teen Titans' arrival, Baby Mouth was summoned. Lord Baby Mouth came outside but the Titans, except Robin, thought the gibberish he spoke was funny. Baby Mouth took off his cloak, revealing Baby Ear. He translated but the Titans still laughed. Mouth was offended and felt validated about the ban on foreigners. He sentenced the Titans to life in the baby pen. Robin revealed his baby hands as proof he was one of them. Mouth apologized and invited them to attend an upcoming feast. He personally introduced the Titans to their finest dancer Baby Feet, Baby Gums, and Baby Grip. Beast Boy's head was gummed and Starfire's hair was tugged roughly. The Titans were convinced the Baby-lonians were monsters after all but Robin was not so convinced.
Baby Mouth commenced Operation Baby Food, a plot to fire a giant laser rattle on the whole planet and turn the entire world's food supply into baby food that would turn anyone into infants forever upon ingestion. Robin quickly changed his opinion but it was too late and the Titans were confined in baby chairs. Baby Mouth and Ear used baby talk to get the other Titans to eat baby food. They were helpless and took spoonfuls. With the Titans reduced to infants, Mouth was confident no one could stop them. The rattle was activated. Robin pointed out his baby hands never stopped him from saving the day. The Titans broke free. Starfire threw alphabet blocks at Mouth's head and made him cry. Raven conjured a big baby bottle and smacked Baby Ear in the head. Beast Boy turned into a big wheel and Beast Boy hopped on then they drove over Mouth's left foot repeatedly. Robin cocked his right arm and jammed a binky in Mouth's mouth. It worked and he fell asleep, falling face first. Baby Ear was crushed. Robin stomped the remote for the rattle and the rattle itself exploded.
