Jinx is a magic-wielding criminal with a streak of bad luck and enemy of the Teen Titans. She is 5'7'' and 108 pounds. While imprisoned at the Jump City Juvenile Correction Facility, she is often visited by Raven and gloat. Jinx was surprised one night when Raven and Starfire "borrowed" her out of the correction facility in order to have a girl's night out. They went to Wacka Doodle where Jinx quickly realized they did need her help having fun. She convinced Starfire to release her from her restraints. Jinx then used her powers to turn the bumper cars into actual vehicles. The trio then led the police on a high speed chase through Jump City. They were eventually all arrested and placed in the Jump City Juvenile Correction Facility. Jinx admitted it was a lot of fun and the three broke out again to have more fun. Jinx took part in H.I.V.E.'s robbery of the Jump City Bank. She was quickly defeated when Beast Boy took on the form of a Tyrannosaurus Rex and chomped her.
Cyborg developed a crush on Jinx. While on the run, Jinx resurfaced at the Yum Yum Kitty Diner. Cyborg tracked her down and Jinx took the battle to the roof. She was surprised when Cyborg presented her with blueberry pie, her favorite. Jinx found it creepy in a romantic way and kissed Cyborg. They decided to date in secret but were found out by Robin and Gizmo days later. After being forbidden to date, Jinx became an emotional wreck and made the rest of H.I.V.E. uncomfortable. Gizmo lifted the restriction but Jinx was still a mess because a superhero and supervillain dating would never work. Jinx convinced her team to convert to crime fighters. Jinx was surprised and irritated when she discovered the Teen Titans converted to villainy. After a lover's quarrel, they agreed to meet up the next Tuesday for a bank robbery on Third.
Jinx and Cyborg continued to date but Gizmo became irritated when he started to hang out more often at the H.I.V.E. Tower. Jinx refused to kick Cyborg out and wanted the two of them to be friends since they had so much hobbies in common. They refused and began pranking each other. Eventually, Jinx had enough and locked them in Gizmo's room until they became friends. After they bonded over a surveillance drone, Jinx was happy to see them get along at last but the good times were interrupted by another of the Teen Titans' rescue operations to save Cyborg even though he wasn't really being held for ransom.
For one Valentine's Day, they pretended to be a married couple and that Gizmo was their baby. She made the perfect dinner and got him the perfect present. However, Cyborg gave the same card he gave Jinx to the other Titans. Jinx stormed out of the classroom environment Cyborg set up. Starfire and Raven comforted Jinx. She felt better and changed Gizmo's diaper. She got angry again after finding Cyborg dancing with Robin and Beast Boy in the bathroom after he got a make over to up his romance game. Cyborg had no choice but to make the dangerous journey to the Land of Last Minute Valentine's Day Gifts and procure the three magic cliched objects of love - the flower, box of chocolate, and teddy bear. He succeeded and repaired their relationship. They both admitted the experience was terrible and would never pretend to be married on Valentine's Day ever again.
At some point, Jinx was arrested again and imprisoned at the Juvenile Correction Facility. Raven and Starfire teleported to Jinx first and asked for help. Jinx really wanted to do another girls' night out and agreed if they got milkshakes and made each other laugh so hard they squirted shake out their noses. Starfire was curious about the bucket with Jinx. Jinx revealed it was confetti. Next, Ravager and Terra were brought into the fold. They infiltrated the Brain's Fortress. Jinx used her bad luck to disable the security system. She tried to keep Terra and Ravager from quarreling by reminding them of the milkshakes and throwing confetti. Together, they were able to escape their prison and defeat the Brain. Robin, Cyborg, and Beast Boy were still super annoying so the girls left them in their prison cell. To Jinx's delight, they went for milkshakes at the Yum Yum Kitty Diner.
Jinx added Robin's voice to her voice collection after he violated the rules of the game jinx. Raven suggested Jinx would have since that was her name. After some deliberation, the Titans flew to H.I.V.E. Tower and discovered Jinx had it and also a vast collection of voices she maintained as a hobby. Jinx refused to give up Robin's voice and used her powers to drop some debris on top of him. As a result, Birdarang was spat out and Robin couldn't communicate anymore - leaving the Titans unsure of what to do next. Jinx taunted him for using only yelling and violence to lead. Robin realized he did and hit his teammates to get them to attack Jinx. They soon surrounded her. Outgunned, Jinx gave up and released Robin's voice.
Jinx was invited to Starfire's slumber party by Raven. She brought a boombox. Robin objected to it and shut it off with a birdarang. Robin suspected it was a nefarious scheme to defeat the Titans. Jinx insisted it was a slumber party and girls' night in. Robin slapped the air horn out of her hand. Just as the party got underway, a crime alert was triggered by an alien ship. Following Raven's lead, the girls stuffed their sleeping bags to trick the boys so they wouldn't follow them. Jinx put a disco ball in hers and brought the boombox with her. It turned out the ship was commanded by Blackfire and was part of her latest plan to conquer the planet. Jinx picked rock music for the fight. While Blackfire was focused on Ravager and Bumblebee, Raven opened a portal behind her. Jinx dropped down and blasted Blackfire. The others got their hits in, too, but Blackfire summoned a set of armor. The girls attacked her at once but she handled them. Blackfire chopped Ravager's swords' blades off with Starbolt energy, grabbed her face, and threw her into Jinx.
Starfire was heartbroken but perservered thanks to the girls' support and wore Blackfire down. In unison, the girls yelled "Florfka!" and attacked her at once. She was blown back into the warship. It exploded and the chain reaction took out the portal and Blackfire was gone. The remnants looked like a disco ball, prompting Jinx to declare Girls Night 5. They danced and cheered, ignoring Robin. H.I.V.E. and Cyborg attempted to plan a surprise birthday party for Jinx. It was decided early on not to invite Robin because he would very likely ruin the surprise. Cyborg sneaked to the H.I.V.E. Tower after Robin injured his leg getting into Titan Robot. Robin happened to be searching the city for crime on this telescope and saw him meeting with Gizmo and became paranoid he turned traitor. After losing sight of Beast Boy, Starfire, and Raven, Robin had enough and fired a grapnel line into the H.I.V.E. Tower and spoiled the surprise as predicted right when Jinx entered the living room from the elevator.
