The Frog King is a giant, sentient frog that rules over Frog Town near Silver Lake, California. He and the other frogs got tired of Silver Lake hipsters looking down on them. The frogs believed they were cool, too, for reasons like their amphibian life cycle from tadpole to frog. The Frog King went to the Foot Clinic and kidnapped the Foot Doctor and broke his Hafo Safo rotating sign. He forced the doctor to build Frog Town its own cool sign that so the frogs would show the world that Frog Town was the coolest place on the planet. The Teen Titans, Hafo, and Safo made the 1.6 mile journey to Frog Town and were met by Frog King, who revealed his plans. He then sent Mefo and Fefo from the new sign to beat them up. Robin threw a birdarang and freed the Foot Doctor from his bonds. The doctor used his psychokinesis powers to bring the sign down on top of Frog King, Mefo, and Fefo. The sign then exploded.
