Fibulon is a servant of Ultralak in the Night Begins to Shine dimension. He manages a factory tasked with destroying songs as part of Ultralak's quest to destroy music and reshape the planet in silence and darkness. One day, Fibulon was shocked to see Ultralak walking up to the factory unannounced. He rushed off from the bank of monitors to the front entrance. He hit a button just in time, and Ultralak strode inside. Fibulon bowed to him and then inquired if he came to oversee the operation. He assured him they were working their fingers to the bone. Ultralak stated he was searching for the heroes of legend because they were attempting to restore B.E.R.'s lost song. Fibulon reported he did not see them but was confident they would never find the Lost Stems. Ultralak called him a fool and informed him the heroes already found a stem then ordered Fibulon to double his and the men's workload in order to accomplish ridding the world of music before they restored the song. Fibulon acknowledged.
Ultralak warned him that if he failed, his bones would become chew toys for his hounds. Fibulon's jaw buzzed, his nervous tic, and confirmed he understood. Fibulon yelled at his men to speed it up. The Teen Titans were already in the factory. Fibulon was surprised but thought he had them outnumbered. Starfire made short work of his men using her starbolts. He vowed she would pay for that. He twisted his left arm and transformed into a behemoth. Robin hopped on top of Cyborg and fired dual laser pistols. Fibulon shielded his face and punched the ground. Both were knocked up into the air. Beast Boy leaped over them and morphed into a boa constrictor. He spat acid on Fibulon's chest then wrapped around him and bit his shoulder. Fibulon broke free and Beast Boy was knocked into a wall. Starfire and Raven blasted at him but he swatted them down. Raven opened a portal and summoned her soul self. It fired a continuous beam from its mouth, slowly pushing Fibulon backwards. Cyborg charged at full speed and knocked Fibulon over the edge into a vat of acid and he disintegrated. The Titans ejected all songs into the polluted lake outside the factory. The songs restored the lake and the nearby lands to the pristine condition it was in before the factory was built.
