The 1980s had the best of things but also the worst: the Cold War, Trickle Down Economics, and jerks. All sorts of jerks infested the decades including sports jerks, older brother jerks, rich jerks, boyfriend jerks, and the most dangerous of all, karate jerks. Four Eighties Jerks arrived in Jump City Mall's Jump City Jams and displayed unmotivated hostility towards the Titans. The Karate Jerk claimed he told the Titans they were told they weren't welcome anymore. Raven was pretty sure they never met. Cyborg insisted he was just trying to buy a B.E.R. album. Karate Jerk declared it was his and stole it. Cyborg tricked them with a "What's that over there?" and swiped the album back then Titans fled the mall on their bikes. The jerks followed. The Titans were unable to lose them since they knew the roads better. Cyborg got an idea and had the Titans go down the steep hill. They surged to the bottom and rode the curve into the air. The jerks did not fly and fell into a mud put below. The Karate Jerk exclaimed he hated mud.
