Cinderblock is a giant behemoth made of cement and enemy of the Teen Titans. While grieving over the loss of his staff, Robin charged into battle against Cinderblock. Robin's "sad punch" and "frowny kick" did little against Cinderblock and he knocked Robin off his shoulder. Cinderblock attacked a train on Monday and as a result, was taken out by a Super Wheel Punch delivered by Robin on his motorcycle. In another battle, one of Cinderblock's fists broke off and was lodged in Beast Boy's face. He later attacked the city again. Only Beast Boy was charged enough after his meal to fight. He took on his gorilla farm and reduced Cinderblock into a brickhouse. When Robin split the other Titans into their five distinct personalities and recruited the ones he liked, Soldier Cyborg blew up Cinderblock with missiles. Cinderblock later helped the Titans cheer up the sad cloud raining on Jump City with a game of Head's Up Seven Up for chocolate milk.

During Crime Season, Cinderblock attacked Jump City Bank. He exited with a safe and proceeded to peel it open. Kid Flash arrived with his team. Just as Cyborg, Starfire, and Raven stood up, Kid Flash announced he was done. They saw Cinderblock was already hog-tied. Cinderblock went on a rampage on Cinco de Mayo and started punching buildings at random. Robin responded to the crime alert alone and discovered he got superpowers from eating an avocado after Cinderblock threw a car at him and he generated a shield of avocado skin. Robin charged and attacked Cinderblock with a variety of attacks, culminating in the explosive Mega-Poof. Cinderblock was defeated and lay unconscious in a crater. Cinderblock escaped from prison on the day Beast Boy and Cyborg's friendship was born, shirtless volleyball day. The Titans were forced to go into battle after failing to find their missing Friendship Friend and recreating the birth of their friendship. Cinderblock punched Raven and Starfire into a wall that was still standing then kicked Robin into it. He chopped a building and buried them in debris. Cyborg and Beast Boy were too busy eating all the snacks out of a cart. They decided to do nothing and chill. They belched, laughed, and high fived. The Friendship Friend was born. Together, they punched Cinderblock to pieces. He reassembled as a pizza oven.

Cinderblock attacked a Wayne Enterprises construction site in downtown Jump City. To its confusion, the Titans slowly arrived in the T-Car. Starfire noticed the site was unsafe and pointed out all the loose nails, oil slicks, and improperly grounded wires. Beast Boy was concerned about his health insurance deductible. They opted to sit out. Robin attacked on his own but was grabbed in mid-air, stretched, slammed around on the street, punched repeatedly, and thrown into a girder. Robin convinced the others to get their money's worth from their insurance plan. Cyborg suggested they could take Cinderblock down without racking up a lot of medical bills. Raven noted that gave them a 66 percent chance of surviving. Beast Boy turned into a duck and fired eggs into Cinderblock's face, Cyborg fired all his missiles, Starfire fired starbolts from her eyes, Raven punched him with a magic fist, and Robin tied him up. The Titans celebrated their victory but Cinderblock fell on top of them.

Cinderblock went on another rampage. The Titans arrived via T-Jet and charged. Cinderblock grabbed a light pole, bent it, and pinned Cyborg, Raven, Beast Boy, and Starfire to a building. Robin used his utility belt to fire four Birdarangs past Cinderblock then used remote guidance on the buckle to send them onto the villain and blow up. Cinderblock tried to punch Robin but he used his belt to fire a grapnel line and head to safety. In mid-air, the belt fired multiple missiles. Cinderblock had no fight left in him but Robin somehow produced a crane and wrecking ball from the back of the belt and demolished him. The pieces of Cinderblock landed and reformed into a statue of Robin. The next day, Cinderblock ramapaged again. He smashed the Titans into the street and left.
