Carlos is a Mexican crime lord who was obsessed with his ex-girlfriend Sonia Hernandez. When he saw her with Silkie at a night club, Carlos ordered his two bodyguards to take the two away to a prison located in his ocean side estate. Silkie easily crawled out of his restraints and encountered Carlos on a balcony. Carlos took up a blade and attempted to kill Silkie but he instead fell over the balcony. He clung to a branch growing out of the cliff the estate was on but eventually lost his grip and fell into the ocean.
