Baron Von Billfold is a shady German real estate developer who is secretly a vestigial twin of Fred Jones. He is kept hidden by Jones' trademark ascot. After Control Freak teleported Mystery Incorporated and the Teen Titans to the set of Family Feud, Velma initially suspected vol Billfold at first. A photograph of him popped up and startled her. Billfold twirled his mustache and laughed evily. Robin did not trust Jones or anyone who wore an ascot. Everyone had their theories but Starfire correctly guessed its purpose. However, everyone was grossed out and dismissed it. Once Control Freak was defeated, Robin yanked Jones' ascot away and revealed Billfold. He admitted to the ruse and vowed he would have gotten away with it if it weren't for those meddling Titans. Daphne was shocked. Jones claimed he was going to tell her eventually. Beast Boy changed into a dog and howled "Scooby Dooby Doo" with Scooby-Doo. Everyone laughed.
