Heaton Park is a municipal park located in Greater Manchester, England. In their childhood, Manchester and Vera Black often staged thefts at the park in order to buy food to survive. Vera would often play the sad crying orphan and Manchester would pickpocket the distracted marks. However, while counting up their ill gains, they were accosted by their victims. When Vera was nearly hit by a train, Manchester's telekinetic power manifested. A dozen died in the skirmish.
