Winslow Schott is a mechanical genius with an obsession with children and toys. Schott became Toyman and his M.O. became involved with holding children hostage with toy-like weapons.
After the Superman clone went rogue, he confronted Toyman, who held a bus full of children hostage. Superman handed over Toyman to the Metropolis Police Department. Toyman escaped prison and held a daycare center hostage. Before giving up, he took the life of a girl. Enraged, the clone killed Toyman by dropping him out of the sky.
