Mr. and Mrs. Watkins are residents of Dakota City, appear to be of West African descent, and are the parents of Daisy Watkins, a student at Vanmoor Institute and Dakota Union High School. They often volunteer as chaperones on field trips such as one to the Reel World amusement park. Daisy Watkins once confided to her mother that she thought Virgil Hawkins was cute. Months later, they stood by their daughter's bedside when she sustained a head injury from a battle between Static, Puff, and Onyx.
