After unspecified reasons, the Legion of Superheroes moved into a new base of operations. However, short of their arrival, the Legion was attacked by the Fatal Five. All but Brainiac 5 and Bouncing Boy were captured and put under the Emerald Eye of Ekron's mind control. The duo retreated to the original headquarters to utilize the Time Bubble. They plucked Green Lantern, Green Arrow, and Supergirl 1000 years from the past. After the Fatal Five were defeated, the Legion and the trio gathered at the new headquarters to say their goodbyes. They relinquished their Legion rings, except for Supergirl. She elected to stay in the future with the Legion.
