Mr. Pedigree is founder, owner, and manager of the Pedigree Pet Store. Upon the Human Puddle's recent prison escape, Mr. Pedigree was his first victim. Although being drowned and robbed at the same time, Pedigree managed to call Archie Bronson for help. Plastic Man attempted to save him but punched him out, instead.
