On the outskirts of Plastic Man's adopted city is the City Dam & Reservoir. When Plastic Man channeled the Human Puddle into the dam, Puddle retaliated by blowing a hole in it with dynamite. Plastic Man expanded himself to cover up the dam breach, however he had to stay there for a year until the city could repair it.
