The Human Puddle is a supervillain and foe of Plastic Man. After transforming into a being a pure liquid, Puddle's mind snapped and became a hyperactive super villain. It has been hinted that he had prior criminal affiliations with Eel O'Brian. He was recently defeated by Plastic Man before he finally caught Professor Spindrift. The Human Puddle escaped prison through his cell's toilet.
He quickly initiated his plan to take over the city by flooding it. The Puddle began to attack every water source in the city and obstructing access points that would drain it. Puddle's first target was the Pedigree Pet Store and its gallery of aquariums. Puddle eluded Plastic Man but the hero rallied and attacked him with household items aimed at stripping him of his body liquid. He adapted to Plastic Man's interference by blowing up the City Dam and Reservoir. Plastic Man had a plan of his own and fed a box of Quick Drying Jellyfish Gelatin to the Human Puddle. He turned into lime gelatin and was chased by a group of hungry citizens.
