The Fowl is the result of non-FDA approved hyper genetic farming gone bad, a tall monstrous humanoid chicken. However, he isn't all that bad. The Fowl once came to Plastic Man's aid by giving him a stamp so he could mail payment for an overdue electric bill. Plastic Man and The Fowl then hung out and played some video games.
