Mr. Singh is Damian Wayne's elementary school teacher. During a field trip to Star-Labs, Singh lost one of the chaperons, Kelly Chen. One of the boys Lucky hit Victor and Mr. Singh with silly string. Victor feared they would be overrun. Singh cautioned him be strong or the children would smell their weakness. Bruce Wayne showed up ready to fill-in. Victor and Singh were relieved. Later into the trip, Parademons invaded Star-Labs. Judy and Trudy Dent blasted the Parademons in defense of their classmates and teacher Mr. Singh mainly because Singh was theirs to mess with. Singh quipped messing with him should be nobody's job. Batman revealed they needed a strong enough power source to disrupt the Boom Tube's structure. Little Batman remembered the tour earlier and suggested using the Terratron Accelerator. Batman ordered Damian's teacher Mr. Singh and some of the children to wheel the accelerator into position. Singh asked why him and wondered where Bruce was. Victor snapped and told him to just do it. Singh and the children complied. Batman and Little Batman succeeded in closing the Boom Tube. Singh was in a movie theater when Joker and Joker Jr. trapped everyone in their seats then sprayed giant canned cheese at everyone for April Fool's Day.
