Lucky is a classmate of Damian Wayne and a prankster. On the bus ride to Star-Labs for a field trip, Paul Chen played his video game. Lucky wanted a turn but Paul told him to back off because he always got his guy killed. Lucky sprayed his mother, who was chaperoning, with green silly string but she didn't react and kept staring at her phone. During the first exhibit, Kelly Chen suddenly got a message from Wayne Enterprises informing her she won an all-expenses paid vacation to the Bahamas. She declared Bruce Wayne was the best boss ever, gathered up Paul, and took a taxi cab to the airport. Lucky sprayed Mr. Singh and another chaperon Victor with silly string. Damian and the Dent Twins started a food fight to divert Bruce Wayne's attention. Lucky happily took part and threw a lunch tray into Victor's face. He later helped wheel the Terratron Accelerator into position for Batman so he could stop the Parademon invasion. On April Fool's Day, Paul Chen broke open a pinata but there were bees in it. He and Lucky ran into a bouncy house. The bees popped it and the bouncy house took off. Batman went to save them rather than pursue Joker's hot air balloon.
