On a field trip to Star-Labs, Damian Wayne and Dent Twins sneaked into the Crime Wing to look at various items used by supervillains and superheroes. Heatwave's Heat Gun was one of them. However, they accidentally triggered a Mother Box and brought Parademons to Star-Labs. Trudy Dent took the Heat Gun while Judy took the Cold Gun. Together, they blasted the Parademons in defense of their classmates and teacher Mr. Singh. However, both were ineffective in damaging the Mother Box.
