In the 41st century, the Warp Key is the new primary mode of time travel. It resembles a simple remote control but can open a time tunnel and accurately transport its users to a specific time and place without error. It was used by Superman X to recruit the Legion of Superheroes for help. In the battle between good and evil, Imperiex stole the Warp Key and went to the 31st century. After his and Brainiac's destruction, a second Key was created and Superman X returned to his rightful time.
