When Brainiac 5 needed to create a solar transducer to destroy the Sun Eater, one of the key parts needed was a Stabilizer Core. In the plan, the transducer would be fired from the Legion Cruiser to the Sun Eater Core. To compensate for fluctuations in space travel and improve target execution, the Stabilizer Core came into play. A core was found in Rimbor by Ultra Boy. Phantom Girl arrived to escort him and the core to the Legion Cruiser.
