One morning, Krypto barked at a pigeon on a ledge outside Clark Kent's apartment window. The pigeon pooped and blew a raspberry and further infuriated Krypto. He plowed through the wall and chased the pigeon around Metropolis, slicing up the Daily Planet globe, freezing a tree, knocked a can of paint on a school bus, and nearly causing a tragedy at the Queensland Bridge. Krypto did a hard inhale to pull to pigeon to him and grabbed it. The pigeon pointed at a school bus in danger. He saved it before it fell off the edge of the bridge but let go to scratch himself. He flew after it and held it up from the front then flew it to Metropolis Elementary. As the bus left, the pigeon blew a raspberry at Krypto.
On Halloween night, Clark Kent dressed up as Frankenstein's Monster and handed out candy outside his apartment building. He realized he was running low and left the bowl with Krypto, who was dressed as a hot dog. Krypto, instead, chased after a black cat. He flew through three boys' bags of candy. The cat popped its head out of the ground at someone's cemetery display. Krypto eventually dug a giant hole and got dirt all over some children. An earthworm ate a piece of candy. The cat exited the prop coffin and scaled up a building fire escape. Krypto fired heat vision but missed over and over hitting someone's TV, a woman's jack-o-lantern, and clipped the tail and butt off a person's dinosaur costume. The cat walked across a clothesline. Krypto charged but got all tangled up in it. From the edge of a roof, the cat cut the line and Krypto ended up in a dumpster. He came upon a motion-activated skeleton. He removed a bone but the whole thing collapsed. He floated up with the skull on his head and accidentally spooked some children.
Krypto found the cat in a curbside storm drain and opted to use his super breath. Instead, sewage erupted all over the street and children. The cat was in mid-air atop a manhole cover. It landed on top of the Daily Planet's globe. The cat launched the cover into Krypto's face and dove. They tussled but Krypto was unable to catch the cat. It landed on a perch outside someone's window while Krypto crashed into the middle of the street and left a huge crater. He felt bad seeing all the children crying and used his super senses to locate a big rig truck filled with candy. He carried off the semi-trailer and rained candy on the happy children. Once emptied out, Krypto tossed the semi-trailer back onto the big rig. Clark Kent returned but was perplexed by the street being full of candy. The cat taunted Krypto with a bone and the chase resumed. The big rig truck driver gave Kent an invoice for all the candy, costing $7,452.16. Kent's Frankenstein bolts popped out.
During the Christmas season, Clark Kent mailed out letters. Krypto got his tongue stuck on a pole and had to use heat vision. He saw a postal worker and used X-ray vision and his mail bag. He saw a T-bone steak and gave chase. The worker pretended to be a life size nutcracker statue outside the Ye Olde Nutcracker Outlet. Krypto searched. The worker pointed to one of the statues and Krypto wrecked it. The worker made it back to his mail truck and drove away. Krypto flew after him. He braked. Krypto crashed into a snowman made by three children. Krypto tried to force the mail truck to stop but the worker gunned it. He lost several packages in the process. Krypto was bowled over into a giant ornament display, disrupting a couple's selfie. One of the ornaments crashed into a senior citizen's home. Krypto caught up to and landed on the mail truck and cut a hole in the roof with heat vision.
The worker sprayed him with Pooch Away Pepper Spray. He got stuck in a hanging wreath and launched past a giant Temple menorah, blowing out its flames, and knocked over a giant Christmas tree which fell over on an outdoor skating rink and ruined it. All the people gathered at the rink and glared at Krypto. He put the tree back up, melted down the rink, re-froze the rink, made a giant snowman, and restored the ornament display with ones from Oversized Ornaments Outlet. He returned to Clinton Street and saw a postal worker deliver a package to Clark. The worker saw Krypto and ran away. The package was Clark's gift to Krypto, a T-Bone of the Month. He threw it up into the air. Krypto flew up and heated it with his heat vision then ate it. He saw Santa Claus and flew after him.
Clark Kent and Krypto went to Metropolis Shoreside for a relaxing day at the beach. Krypto saw a hot dog stand and got money from Kent. However, his dog was stolen by a seagull. Krypto flew after it. It tried to hide in some clouds but Krypto blew it away then nailed the bird with heat vision. It feel headfirst into the sand. Krypto pulled the bird out of the sand but a crab took off with the dog. Krypto burrowed after it but it let the ocean in and they were inundated. They burst up through a boy's sand castle. A sea turtle took off with the dog. Krypto facepalmed and went after the turtle underwater. Krypto faced several turtles but used X-ray vision to pinpoint which one had the dog. Krypto chased it in a circle, creating a vortex. A girl with a snorkle, a boy in an inner tube, and Supergirl on a stand up paddleboard got sucked in. The turtle swam away. Krypto tried to follow but was electrocuted by several jellyfish. He saw the dog on the surface and pulled at it but it was lodged in the blow hole of a whale.
The whale breached and body slammed Krypto in to the ocean. Krypto retaliated and lifted the whale high up into the sky and dropped it. The impact caused a tidal wave and carried a cruise ship towards the beach, threatening to harm everyone there. Unable to use his strength, Krypto froze the wave but it kept moving towards the beach. He melted the ice with heat vision then used his tail as a rudder to stop the ship at the last second. Everyone on the beach cheered, even the three animals who stole the dog. Krypto returned to his spot next to Kent who woke up from his nap. A bottle washed up ashore with the dog in it. Krypto used his super breath to pull the bottle to him but his nose got stuck in it and he could not get the bottle off.
After a lamp fell on her head, Supergirl was abruptly woken up. She noticed Krypto was excessively running in circles around her apartment and got an idea. She took him to a Wormhole Express bus stop but Krypto got scared, thinking she was taking him to the veterinarian again. She tried a leash but he used heat vision to sever it. She tried a dog treat but he was faster than the door. She picked him up and tried to carry him in but he grabbed the door frame and refused to move. The driver pushed a button on his console and a dog kennel was released. Krypto was put in it but he began to panic and got free with heat vision. He ran around and annoyed the alien passengers, disturbing a baby's feeding and stealing an elderly alien's bread loaf. He started pushing random buttons on the console, activating a confetti drop, defensive weapon, fart machine, horn, and the driver's ejector seat. Supergirl grabbed Krypto before he could escape and tied him to seat with the seat belt. She took over the driver's seat.
Krypto broke free with freeze breath and tried to bash the rear emergency exit open. He succeeded but Supergirl braked hard. The door was closed and Krypto rolled into the front window. He was elated to see Supergirl took him to the Intergalactic Dog Park. He ran around to his heart's content. The alien passengers weren't so happy about the detour but Krypto was satisfied and returned to the bus. After the bus left, the driver landed. Superman and Supergirl played fetch with Krypto in a park in Metropolis until they left mid-game to deal with a giant monster. They kept it at bay with their heat vision. Krypto didn't see them leave and was sad. A.R.F., a robot dog built by Lex Luthor, spotted Krypto in the park down below and attacked him with his Kryptonite laser but missed and hit a squirrel instead. Krypto thought they were playing tic tac toe until A.R.F. burnt his tail. Krypto used freeze breath on his tail. A.R.F. noticed Krypto's ball and glitched, accepting Krypto as a friend. Engineer did some grilling in the park and turned one her hands into a pair of tongs.
Krypto and A.R.F. sneaked into her cooler and took hot dogs for themselves behind her back. They used their lasers to heat their own hot dogs. Krypto used the bathroom. A.R.F. tried, too, but ended up chopping the tree with a red laser. Lobo was riding through Metropolis when A.R.F. used its magnet tail to catch his bike. Krypto clamped the front of his bike and tossed him around. Krypto and A.R.F. howled at a moon on a Sleep Labs billboard. They dug around Metamorpho and Joey Mason's picnic, making a trench in the shape of a heart. Once the fire was out, Luthor saw A.R.F. down in the park playing with Krypto. He floated down using the rocket propulsion feature in his dress shoes then popped Krypto's ball. Krypto burnt his butt with heat vision, froze him, dug dirt on him, and chased him around. A.R.F. was conflicted but decided Luthor was a threat, not a friend. Together, they mashed him into the shape of a ball. He was tossed up into the air by A.R.F. then kicked by Krypto through a Sleep Labs billboard into an elderly woman's apartment. Superman and Supergirl were later joined by Krypto and his new friend A.R.F. against the monster.
