Jack is the most unhinged member of the Royal Flush Gang and replaced one of his eyes with a cybernetic implant. The implant can see in several spectrums and fire laser beams. During a diamond theft, Jack walked off to keep watch. He detected Batman and opened fire. Soon enough the Justice League arrived and Jack held out in a vault room. While Batman distracted Jack, Flash vibrated into the room and knocked him out.
