The Heart of Darkness is a valuable diamond reputed to hold a demon inside it. In the present, it came into the possession of Enchantress but Catwoman stole it and sold it through Sotheby's where it was bid on and bought by Lena Luthor. One year later, at Tavern Over The Green, Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy immediately recognized it and Luthor was surprised it had a demon in it. While she stopped to smell a large blooming flower, the diamond was knocked off her and Eclipso was freed. He was almost immediately decapitated by Harley.
