After the Earth Saver incident, Gotham City became plagued by giant rats. One flipped a car outside a coffee shop and ate one of Harley Quinn's cream cheese stuffed doughnuts. While Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy discussed crashing the Metropolis Superman Museum opening gala, they saw a giant rat leap from the side of the building onto a helicopter, causing it to crash and explode.
