Known only as "The Eager Young Space Cadet," graduate summa cum laude from the Protectorate Academy and resident of Swinus 9, he became a loyal second to Captain Duck Dodgers. The Cadet appears to worship Dodgers as a father and follows orders without question. It is often the work of the Cadet that leads to Dodgers' numerous field victories but he seems to allow credit to go to his superior. In return, he built up quite a reputation as a ladies man that eclipses that of Captain Johnson and Dodgers, combined.
