In a parallel universe on Earth 3, a yellow power ring exists. The Weaponers of Qward developed the Qwardian Power Ring, designed to project yellow energy and defeat the Green Lanterns Corp. The base of its power is fear in opposition to the Green Lantern's power rings, which are fueled by fearlessness. The ring can also feed off of an opponent's fear, amplify it, and make the ring's owner more powerful.
