The Central Power Battery, stationed on Oa, is the repository of the collective power of the Guardians of the Universe and the Green Lantern Corps. Its contents are believed to be unlimited as it has to service the Guardians, 3600 active Green Lanterns, and 3600 alternate Green Lanterns at any time. In order to draw power from the Battery, a Green Lantern must recite the Oath, "In brightest day, in blackest night, all evil shall escape my sight! Let those who worship evil's might, fear not my power... Green Lantern's light!"
